Seller
- Must own item or have rights to sell
- Must describe the condition honestly, best you can
- Must be available for pick up
- No prohibited items
Buyer
- Must inspect item at delivery
- No returns unless the item was not as described
- Items get sold—A buyer purchases your item through our website
- Pickup scheduled, we contact you to arrange a pick up of your item that works for you
- Items must be ready at door or easy to access, fully assembled unless stated otherwise.
- We pick up—Our delivery Driver collects the item and transports it safely to the buyer.
- Buyer inspection—buyer checks item at delivery, if everything is good, delivery will be completed.
- Seller gets paid—You receive your payout within 48 hours after successful delivery
- Item breaks during delivery? refund of up to $200 Max, per item or item sale price
Conditions: Seller must properly package fragile items + Tell us beforehand if item is delicate. If they don’t, RUSH can reduce or deny any claims.

Conditions: If an item is significantly not as described, the buyer may refuse the item at delivery. The seller will not be paid and may be charged a return delivery fee
Examples of “not as described’
- Wrong item entirely
- Listed as “working” but does not turn on
- Missing major parts
- Hidden major damage
Condition: If the item matches description and buyer still does not want it. Buyer pays delivery fee & return delivery fee may be charged. Buyers must inspect the item at delivery. Once accepted, the sale is final.

Payments are sent to you after delivery is confirmed, usually within 48 hours.
We deduct a commission from the sale price. Delivery fees are paid by the buyer.
